The holiday farm “La Casa Del Nonno” is developed on an area of about one hectare of land and is situated in the centre of a landscape surrounded by hills where vineyards and olive grove plantations are dominant. The farmhouse faces the Foro river and overlooks the hills of the towns of Villamagna, Ripa Teatina and Vacri.

The complex is made up of two separate, totally renovated buildings, with ample spaces reserved for green areas, pool and parking area. The first of the prefabs, where our restaurant can be found, was built in the early 1900’s by our own family and served as a shelter for evacuees during World War 2.

The holiday farm, which is managed by the family, offers a tranquil and relaxing environment, which is ideal for spending a few days of relaxation while immersed in the peace and greenness of the area. Another bonus is the distance of the farm from the Adriatic Sea (14km) and from the Mounts of the Maiella (22km), which render any kind of excursion possible.

The holiday farm “La Casa del Nonno” is open throughout the year, but the restaurant opens only upon booking. The holiday farm can be found within the municipality of Ari, but is in any case located 5km from the centre of Miglianico and 5km from the centre of Ari itself, both towns being important for their monuments and history.
